
In-Home Specialty Evaluations
Home visits with our Assistive Technology Professionals (ATP) to assess and determine Aids to Daily Living (ADLs), Mobility Related Aids to Daily Living (MRADLs), and other specialty needs. This includes any equipment and supplies needed to promote independence or provide care.

INSURANCE INFORMATION
We coordinate funding through your insurance for all covered items.
- We employ knowledgeable funding specialists to help coordinate benefits and assure coverage.
- We also accept private pay through all major credit cards. Note: some services may require a physician's order.
- We accept Colorado Medicaid, Medicare and some private insurances. All equipment and supplies require physician orders or prescriptions.
